1) Complete Registration

A complete BOX Registration is 2 Parts: Form and Payment. BOTH form and payment are required to receive the box.  There are limited boxes available for purchase. We suggest completing your registration quickly, as we expect to sell out. 

2) Cookie Dough and Financial Assistance 

Cookie Dough and Financial Assistance are available for Girl Scouts of Western Washington Members ONLY.
Occasionally, Financial Assistance or Cookie Sale Rewards can work inter-Council, but must be pre-approved on a case-by-case basis.
Event Grant Requests must be submitted to our team by Sunday, October 25, 2020. This allows our Volunteer Team ONE business day to submit any Event Grant Requests by GSWW's FA Deadline. Requests after the 25th will be declined by GSWW. 

3) Girl Scout Membership

Girl Scout Membership is required for our Box and Zoom Sessions. Financial Assistance from Girl Scouts of Western Washington is available for members served by GSWW. Please check with your local Council for Financial Assistance opportunities. An opportunity for "Bring a Friend" is offered for our Campfire. Girl Scout Membership is NOT required for this aspect. However, (a) you will need to fill out the form to attend, and (b) we hope you'd love to join Girl Scouts! 

4) Registration Period

Option A: BOX Registration is held for members of Girl Scouts of Western Washington until Saturday, October 31, after which registration opens for Girl Scouts outside of GSWW. Registration for BOXES close on Friday, November 6th OR when 150 BOX spots are filled, whichever comes first.

Option B: ZOOM ONLY - Registration is held for members of Girl Scouts of Western Washington until Saturday, October 31, after which registration opens for Girl Scouts outside of GSWW. Registration for ZOOM ONLY closes on Friday, November 16th OR when 300 Zoom-Only spots are filled, whichever comes first.

Option C: Campfire and/or Scouts' Own ONLY - Registration is open until spots are filled. A limited number are held for Campfire "Bring a friend" opportunity for the friends of Girl Scouts participating in the activities of the day. 

Option D: Patch ONLY. Quantities are limited, and we will do our best to fill all orders. We will communicate on our website when we are running low. 

5) Google-Linked Email Account Required

To complete your registration, you will need to submit a Google-Linked email account. This is easiest with a gmail account, however, you can link any email address to Google following these instructions. The Google-Linked email account will ensure you have access to our Participant Zoom Links page. You may submit more than one email address for ease in communication. 

6) Announcement-Only Google Group & Receiving Zoom Links

Participants will be added to an Announcement-Only Google Group, and may submit more than one email address for convenience. ONE email address MUST be a gmail address or registered as a Google Account (Instructions for registering a non-gmail address as a Google Account can be found here.). This is so you can access secure pages of our website. 

7) Zoom-As-Enhancement

Technology fatigue is real. Our Zoom Sessions are an enhancement for those who enjoy it. The boxes themselves come with hands-on experiences, on or off Zoom. We will offer replays sometime after the camp sessions. 

8) Recording Sessions

Sessions are recorded, and published online. If you do not want your Camper recorded, please turn your camera off.
