Eco-Water Balloons

Girl Scouts from Troop 1567 are working to support Florida Wildlife by saving animals from getting sick in the first place, by eliminating pesky water balloon trash, that animals mistake the bright colors for flowers or insects and then ingest. Second, by donating all of their proceeds to the Florida Wildlife Hospital to help any sick or injured animals that do come in. The girls took on the challenge, and learned to crochet absorbent yarn into a balloon shape.

These balloons are eco friendly, wash and re-use! Just dunk, throw and FUN! These can also be used as "boo-boo buddies" if frozen while wet, to wash cars, wash dishes, or as baby washcloths at bath time!
